Privacy Policy

The Kosovo HPC & AI Competence Centre collects only the information needed to respond to support, training, partnership and access requests.

Data we may process

Name, email, institution, user type, service requested, project description, sensitivity category and deadline submitted through the contact form.

Purpose

We use submitted information to assess requests, contact applicants, provide guidance and coordinate services with relevant KREN and University of Prishtina teams.

Retention

Requests are retained only as long as needed for service delivery, reporting, audit and legal obligations.
